Analysis-Free Voting by Select Board
With little discussion, review, or analysis, the Select Board voted in 5 minutes to approve the Proposition 2-1/2 debt override. They’ve now recommended a YES vote on Number 5.
Notwithstanding the Select Board’s detailed 5-minute discussion, we at SASS feel pretty comfortable continuing to recommend to vote NO on 5.
When the overwhelming majority of teachers AND parents don’t want the plan, maybe Administration should think twice about pushing it.
